All JBee products are made to order so please take note that our turnaround time for dispatch is within 1 week,

but sometimes can be extended in high demand periods.

We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the delivery of items.

As all our products are handmade with love please be patient when waiting for your order.

 

All sales are final and as our products are custom made unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges

for change of mind.  Please choose your products and colours carefully. We do not offer refunds.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products. In least likely case if you find a fault with your product please contact us within 7 days of its arrival. We will inspect the product upon its return and at our discretion offer a refund or exchange.
